Hyssop & Myrrh started out as a way for Kirsten to provide her family with clean skin care that had minimal ingredients. Using her background in cosmetology and inspired by her daughter’s sensitive skin due to an autoimmune disease, Kirsten started making products in 2023. It didn’t take long for friends and family to start asking for jars of their own. In 2024 Hyssop & Myrrh Apothecary was born.
Our mission is to promote skin health with all natural products that are made using high quality tallow. We source our tallow from a local farm that raises grass fed beef and we render it through a three step purification process. This ensures a clean end product that is light and creamy without leaving behind a greasy touch.
