Shippping

Orders are typically shipped in 3 business days, Monday-Friday. During times of high volume, orders may shipping in 4-5 business days.

Shipping costs are dependent on your location and are displayed on checkout.

Warm Weather Shipping Delay

To ensure your products are received in optimal condition, orders placed after 11AM CST on Wednesdays will be held and shipped the following Monday if the destination exceeds 85 degrees.

Returns

While it is our goal that every customer truly enjoys our products, we understand that everyone’s skin is unique and individual, and resonates differently with skincare products.

Hyssop & Myrrh Apothecary does not offer returns, refunds or exchanges on any products due to general dissatisfaction or if a product does not resonate with your skin. If your package arrives to you damaged and/or broken, we are happy to replace it for you. Please retain all original packaging and send us an email with photos to hello@hmapothecary.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
